ISSES' TOP AND SKIRT: Close-fitting, underlined top has boning, self fabric piping at armhole and lower edges. Back features hand worked eyelets with purchased ribbon lacing. Underlined skirt has waistband, pleated back, pleated hemline ruffles and attached single layer pleated apron and bustle pad. Self lined, attached train has side pleats and tucks, gathers and hemline pleated ruffle. Back opening has hook and eye closures and snaps.

FABRICS: A,B: Taffeta, Silk. Underlining A,B, Pad B: Cotton, Cotton Blends. Contrast A: Tulle. Contrast 1 B: Cotton, Organza. Contrast 2 B: Hair Canvas, Buckram. Interfacing B: Tulle.
